My boyfriend, Austin, and I have this thing we call "Theoretcal Wedding". We're not engaged yet because we don't feel it's appropriate, but he has given me a promise ring. We like to talk about getting married, but we realize that we're not engaged and so it's kind of silly... so when we talk about it we call it Theoretical Wedding.
This is a tentative design for my theoretical dress. The whole thing would be made of eyelet fabric with venice lace and eyelet lace trim. The corset would be a custom tight-lacing corset.

This is such a cute idea. My boyfriend and I are in the same situation, we're kind of engaged but not really planning on actually getting married anytime soon. It's great that you two can talk about such things though because most men would run away at the hint of weddings or engagements. I love the victorian feel of your design as well, and the bloomers in the other picture give it that innocent and cute touch that doesn't show in society today. I've also designed a few corset based wedding dresses that I might one day walk down the aisle in. Hopefully your "theoretical wedding" becomes real one day ~!
